After making history at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games by becoming the second woman in history to win the 200, 400, and 800 freestyle individual events five-time Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky has been making the rounds visiting various media outlets.

Ledecky’s most recent appearance was on The Ellen Show where she presented host Ellen DeGeneres with two swim caps to encourage Ellen to “Just Keep Swimming.” The two caps feature the American flag with one featuring the name “Dory” and the other “Ellen.”

While on the show Ledecky talked about what it means to follow in the footsteps of fellow freestyle legends Debbie Meyer, Shirley Babashoff, and Janet Evans and expressed excitement about moving into her Stanford dorm room for freshman year.

The Olympic gold medalist later joined American Ninja Warrior Grant McCartney in a tight match of “Foot Flickers,” a game special to The Ellen Show. Distance All-Star Ledecky proved that she’s not only dominant in the pool, but has a wicked competitive edge on land as well kicking a bulls-eye for a win over McCartney.
