14-year-old Justina Kozan of Brea Aquatics in Southern California talked about how nervous she was before the 200 fly and why she didn’t have the most confidence before the race.

Kozan moved up to number five all-time in the 13-14 NAG rankings in her winning swim on Tuesday in Irvine at the Speedo Junior Nationals.

Kozan also talked about the experience she gained from swimming at the Phillips 66 Senior Nationals last week and how that helped her more this week.
