AUSTIN, Texas, June 18. IMPROVE your breaststroke kick flexibility with this homemade drill from Brackin Elite owner/coach Kim Brackin.

Using underwater footage, Brackin demonstrates what a perfect breaststroke kick should look like, then shows a swimmer using a theraband to help with turning her feet out during the breaststroke kick.
