Grevers Grabs 100 Backstroke Title in Austin

Matt Grevers continued his strong comeback by winning the men’s 100 backstroke in a quick 53.73, just ahead of the 53.93 posted by Ryan Murphy. The bronze was awarded to Justin Ress in 54.43. Taking fourth and fifth place was Cal’s Jacob Pebley and Great Britain’s Nicholas Pyle. In sixth and seventh was Luke Greenbank and Taylor Dale while taking eighth was another Great Britain up and comer Daniel Cross.
