“The Posture Trainer is a simple tool that reminds the swimmer in all of us how important head and spine alignment is. Being efficient with each and every stroke can help swimmers who are just learning the sport, all the way up to your everyday competitive swimmers. This would be a great tool for blind swimmers, for whom stroke efficiency is vital so the swimmer won’t bounce from side to side in his or her lane. I’m not being insulting, I can say that because I swam competitively as a blind swimmer and struggled with afore mentioned problem.
