Eugene Godsoe Announces Debut Date for New Solo Piano Album
2013 World Championship silver medalist Eugene Godsoe announced the debut date for his new solo piano album via a Facebook post. The post, as seen below, features the first single off the album which comes out on September 5, 2017:
According to Godsoe’s other social media handles, he performed in his first live show in New York City on August 18 and started recording the album on August 9. He also made it clear that he played on a piano once used by Taylor Swift, an artist who he has covered in the past.
But Swift isn’t the only one coming out with a new album this fall. Since his musical career debut in 2014, Godsoe has covered popular hits such as Dreamers, I Want You to Know and Hotline Bling. Now, he is putting out an album of 18 original songs.
