Another pool record fell by way of a Michigan Wolverine as Dylan Bosch blasted a 1:42.21 in prelims.  That swim smashed the 2012 record of Kyle Whitaker, who clocked a 1:43.40.

Evan White (1:44.13) and Tristan Sanders (1:45.23) also made the A final for Michigan with second and seventh-place efforts.

Indiana went two-up with Blake Pieroni (1:44.82) and Mike Hurley (1:45.04) claiming fourth and sixth overall.

Although Indiana dug a hole in the 500 free with four less scorers than Michigan, it will have a little bit of a bounce in the 200 IM with one more scorer.  Also, Indiana will be relying on a heavy influx of diving points with NCAA champion Michael Hixon an off-season transfer from the Texas Longhorns now wearing Crimson.
