BERLIN, Germany, June 3. DOPING tests in Germany will jump from 1,800 athletes to 9,000 on a yearly basis according to plans set forth by the German Olympic Sports Federation. The GOSF will ask the government to fund the increase in testing, which will include seeking EPO users.
"The top organizations stand fully behind stronger controls, both qualitatively and in quantity," Germany swimming federation president Christa Thiel said.
