Dawn Fraser and Kristina Egerszegi have accomplished a feat that no woman has ever equaled. They are the only 2 women that have won Olympic gold medals in the same event in 3 consecutive Olympics. Fraser won the 100m freestyle at the 1956, 1960, and 1964 Olympics. Egerszegi won the 200m backstroke at the 1988, 1992 and 1996 Olympics.
