Arizona State broadcast journalism student Jesse Hines put together the following video featuring Arizona State swimmer Kyle Sockwell.

The video shows a variety of dryland exercises employed by Arizona State, and also shows some in-water footage in the school project piece.

Sockwell is entering his senior year as a Sun Devil after prepping at Austin Westwood High School in Texas.

Excitement has surrounded the ASU Sun Devil program ever since Bob Bowman was announced as the new head coach and that Michael Phelps would be following to train in Tempe for the next year-and-a-half in preparation for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
