MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, March 10. IN the closing minutes before the final session of the women's NCAA Division I Championships, CSCAA Executive Director Dr. Phillip Whitten spoke with Swimming World Radio.
He addressed not only the stellar meet thus far in Minneapolis, but also his thoughts on various issues across collegiate swimming. He went on record about Richard Quick, Skip Kenney, the NCAA interpretation on college swimmers competing directly against high school prospects and the various men's swimming cuts throughout Division I.
