Conor Dwyer, who picked up a victory in the 200 free at the Arena Pro Swim Series Mesa, talks about coming down from a recent altitude training camp.

Dwyer moved away from North Baltimore Aquatic Club last year and is currently training at the Trojan Swim Club.

Dwyer also talks about Katie Ledecky beating him and the rest of the men on a threshold set at altitude.
