Chase Kalisz of North Baltimore, who won the men’s 400-meter IM going away at the Arena Pro Swim Series Charlotte, is back in his prefered long course competition.

Kalisz explains that he rarely has ever trained short course, and pretty much only does it when it is required as part of his scholarship with the University of Georgia.
