Brian and Allie Reynolds also discuss the upcoming Missouri Invite, Drury’s success in Division II swimming and how Allie found the faster Division II cuts “motivating.”

Allie also discusses how she knew Drury was the only choice for her, how the team doesn’t pay much attention to it’s national ranking and the benefits of a positive attitude.

Coach talks about balancing “coach” mode and “dad” mode, some upcoming training plans and for the first time, sending the team home for Thanksgiving.

Under Coach Reynolds, Drury has captured 12 men’s Division II championships while the women have won 10 total. Reynolds was named the NCAA-II national Coach-of-the-Year in the women’s division in 1996, 1997 and 2013 and was the men’s division Coach-of-the-Year in 1996, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2013. He was also inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.
