ALGIERS, Algeria, July 13. THE All Africa Games, which have included a victory by Kirsty Coventry in the 400 individual medley, are continuing despite a suicide bombing near the capital of Algeria on Wednesday. Security has been increased since the bombing near Algiers, which killed eight people and injured 35 more. An al-Qaida group has claimed responsibility for the bombing.
