Aloi, will be responsible for the Club’s management by taking care of various operational & financial aspects, coordinating human resources and re-launching the sales & marketing department.

“I am extremely proud to be part of A.D.N. When Mr. Di Nino contacted me, I was immediately fascinated and full of new ideas. I always work with enthusiasm and professionalism, which I have collected all these years from the worlds of basketball and athletics. This is what I want to bring to A.D.N”, said Aloi.

“A.D.N has always been a pioneer in the swimming world. Marco Aloi & the Club’s International Relations Manager, Apostolis Tsagarakis, are an incredible added value to A.D.N’s already sterling reputation”, said Di Nino, the Club’s President & Technical Director.

Marco Aloi (42 y.o.) has been a competitive track athlete and a bronze medalist at the Italian Championships in 1998 (Rome). After several years of experience in sports & fitness management, Aloi founded ASM (Aloi Sports Management), an international sports management agency that represented 14 athletes at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. ASM has represented over 100 athletes, such as Asafa Powell (former 100m World Record Holder), Giuseppe Gibilisco (Pole Vault World Champion), Brigitte Foster (100m hurdles World Silver Medalist at Rome 2003 World Championships), Anna Rogowska (World Bronze Medalist at Rome 2003 World Championships) and Andrea Giaconi (110m hurdles Italian Record Holder).

In 2005, after a period that he worked as a business and marketing consultant, Aloi entered the basketball world as the Sales & Marketing Director of Basket Napoli, managing the Club’s historical debut in the Euroleague. Aloi then moved to Avellino & Angelico Biella. During his four-year stay in the city of Piemonte Region, Aloi manages the start-up of the innovative forum with the presence in the Eurocup and the lead organization in various international events, such as the Tennis FED Cup Italy-Ukraine and the All Star Game between the best foreign players in the League and the Italian National Basketball Team. In 2013 Aloi moved back to Avellino where he took over the operational management of the Club, being by the side of the Team until the beginning of September 2014.

A.D.N Swim Project is the first project in Italy aimed at international swimmers. The idea was born in 2005 by the Italian Coach Andrea Di Nino, after his experience in the United States where he coached in Coral Springs (FL) by the side of Michael Lohberg. Di Nino was an Olympic Coach at the Athens 2004 Games for the first time.

The project is designed to provide the athletes with all the necessary services in order to train and compete at the highest level; from technical to managerial aspects, the athletes are supported by a team of professionals who are constantly striving to enhance the commercial and sport potential of the athlete.

In nearly ten (10) years of life, A.D.N has won thirty-four (34) international medals between European/World Championships and Olympic Games, with the likes of Evgeny Korotyshkin, Sergey Fesikov and the most recent Andrey Govorov at the European Championships in Berlin (August 2014).
