The CIF Southern Section Division 1 Championships featured one of the fastest high school meets ever.

Abbey Weitzeil and Katie McLaughlin each broke national high school records, while Grant Shoults took down a national independent school mark. Meanwhile, Cole Cogswell delivered Hart High a state championship with an epic anchor.

All four swimmers took time out to talk to Swimming World‘s Griffin Scott after their amazing events.
