Tulane senior Olivia Johnson put the hammer down on the 400 IM final with a 4:07.72 as she won by nearly ten seconds over Cincinnati’s Camryn Streid (4:16.96). Johnson’s time would have qualified for NCAAs a year ago and she is looking to be the first Tulane swimmer to advance to Nationals since Mia Shachter in 2015.

East Carolina smashed the meet record in the men’s medley relay with Marek Osina (47.31), Lyubomir Epitropov (53.10), Gustavo Santos (45.95) and James Ward (43.17) swimming a 3:09.53 to break their own 3:10.55 they set last year.
