2019 Women’s Pac-12 Championship Day 3 Prelims: Cal and Stanford Pack Finals

500-free-behind-blocks

Stanford leads by over 100 points going into the third day of the 2019 Women’s Pac-12 Championships. Cal goes into today seeded second with ASU in third.

This morning should get off to a strong start with Stanford swimmers, Ella Eastin, Brooke Forde and Allie Szekely currently holding the top three seeds in the 400 IM.

Another race to watch will be USC’s Louise Hansson in the 100 fly, as she is seeded first by nearly three seconds.

The 200 free should be a close race because the top eight swimmers are all within roughly two seconds of each other, with Robin Neumann currently holding the top seed with a time of 1:43.38.

ASU swimmer Silja Kansakoski and Stanford swimmer Zoe Bartel are vying to get under the one minute mark this morning in their 100 breast with top seed Riley Scott of USC.
