The last morning of the 2018 NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships will feature the heats of the 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly and the 400 free relay. Stanford is well on its way to winning a second straight NCAA team title as they lead by well over 100 points over second place Cal. The battle for third will be tight between Texas A&M, Texas, Louisville, Michigan and Tennessee all within striking distance of getting up to the top four. Texas has not been top four since 2001 so they could be on the verge of history.
Kathleen Baker, Simone Manuel, Sydney Pickrem and Ella Eastin are the top seeds in their respective events going into Saturday’s prelims.
