It was a festive prelims sessions at day three of the 2017 NCAA D1 Women’s Swim & Dive Championships as several teams flaunted green for the camera. Swimming World’s chief photographer Peter H. Bick was on hand to catch the action and excitement.

Stanford teammates Simone Manuel and Katie Ledecky set themselves up for a show-down in the 200 free, while Indiana’s Lilly King swam a conservative 57.38 to easily grab the top seed in the 100 breast.
