COLORADO SPRINGS – USA Swimming’s stats department has released the 2015 NCAA Division III Championships Pre-Selection Psych Sheet. The meet will take place in Shenandoah, Texas, March 18-21.

2015 NCAA Division III Championships Pre-Selection Psych Sheet

This version of the psych sheet is unofficial, and will have multiple corrections before the final cut list is announced later this week.  This sheet is the first step for coaches to double-check their entries to make sure either they or USA Swimming hasn’t made an error regarding entries.

Early favorites for the women’s most valuable swimmer are Johns Hopkins’ Anastasia Bogdanovski, St. Thomas’ Emma Paulson, Denison’s Campbell Costley and Wheaton’s Kirsten Nitz as all three could emerge with a pair of NCAA titles based on the early seeds.  Denison also looks to have a really strong freestyle group as evidenced by their top seeds in the 200 and 400 free relay.

For the men, Emory’s Andrew Wilson could be the top swimmer of the meet if he is able to hold onto his seeding in competition.  He has three of the top seeds in the event with a likely breaststroke sweep ahead and a potential win in the 200 IM.
