Coach Marsh, former Head Coach of Auburn University begins with a narrated full-stroke overview of the All-American technique of former Auburn great, Laura Swander. On deck, Coach Marsh then reviews the overall technique components for swimming faster breaststroke. Marsh breaks down the breaststroke kick sharing four specific drills for kick development and then progresses through 20 breaststroke drills/variations. Included in these drills are: breakdowns of the specifics for the pull phase of the stroke, timing of the stroke, drills that key upon keeping the stroke "focused forward", and drills for teaching and perfecting the pullout.
