AUSTIN, Texas, January 18. ONE of Nathan Adrian’s goals during his in-season races is to make sure the small details are executed well, and during his conversation with members of the media Friday night at the Arena Grand Prix in Austin, he talks about some of those details.

Adrian, who won the 100 free with a 48.22, talks about training at the Olympic Training Center recently, and what coach Dave Durden worked on regarding Adrian’s turns and explosive starts.
