Split Time: Mark Schubert Discusses Revisions to USA Swimming’s Athlete Partnership Plan

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 16. USA Swimming national team head coach Mark Schubert joined Split Time host Garrett McCaffrey last week in Irvine, Calif., to talk about USA Swimming's revised Athlete Partnership Plan.

Some of the changes include a $100, 000 cash purse at next summer's US Nationals. Schubert recently explained the new proposal to the US National team in Irvine.
