Among Holloway’s responsibilities this summer are recruiting and getting his swimmers ready for long course championship meets. He’s also got some members of his incoming freshman class in the pool in Raleigh, and he said it was the swimmers who offered to start classes early and get in some training with their future Wolfpack team members. It’s allowed them to get used to campus life a little early … and forced Holloway to “take a step back” and not push them too hard too early.
