Jacksonville Native Brandon Cover Signs With Bulldog Swimming

ATHENS, GA – Georgia head coach Jack Bauerle announced the swimming program’s second signee of the early signing period, inking Jacksonville native Brandon Cover (pronounced: CO-ver).

Cover, a senior at The Bolles School in Jacksonville, has been a member of the Bolles School Sharks Swim Team for 10 years. He has qualified for U.S. Olympic Trials in three events — the 200m butterfly and the 200m and 400m individual medley and is a member of the U.S. Junior National Team that will compete in Spain in May of 2000. As an age-grouper, he was one of the top swimmers in the state of Florida and in the nation.
