GREENSBORO- University of Georgia head coach Jack Bauerle knows from experience that NCAAs are won in the morning. And UGA had a stunning prelims session on day one. Four Bulldogs made the A final in the 500 free. UGA accumulated an astonishing 172 points today. But Bauerle realizes this fight is far from over.

Here Coach Bauerle chats with Swimming World about Georgia’s on-fire first day, the work they need to do to stay with Cal and senior Amber McDermott’s tremendous leadership on the team.
