AUSTIN, Texas, January 20. JESSICA Hardy won the 100 breast at the Arena Grand Prix stop in Austin after just a couple of weeks of serious training, and in this video interview after the race she talks about how she’s trying to take a new mental approach to breaststroke this year.

She also talks about that balance she continues to make between freestyle and breaststroke and the athlete/coach dynamic between her and Dave Salo.
