Touretski Leaves Hospital Followwing Heart Surgery -- November 1, 2001

SYDNEY, Nov. 1. RUSSIAN-BORN Australian swim coach, Gennadi Touretski, left the hospital yesterday, exactly one week after he underwent heart by-pass surgery at a leading Sydney hospital.

According to his wife, Inna, the famed 52-year-old coach is in good spirits and is recuperating with his family at the beachside suburb of Bondi until next week, when he will return to his home in Canberra.
