Lafontaine, the CEO of Canadian Swimming, joins Jeff Commings to discuss the fabulous meet that the Canadians had at the Pan Pacific Championships. Lafontaine also talks about the challenge of taking the positives from Pan Pacs and swimming well at the Commonwealth Games.
