Texas Senior Circuit: Andie Taylor Posts Quick 200 Fly, Doubles For Second Night

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, June 20. THE Texas Senior Circuit stop in College Station came to a close with KING's Andie Taylor turning in a world-ranked time while also winning a pair of event titles.

Taylor jumped into 25th in the world with a 2:10.35 to win the women's 200 fly going away. Denisa Smolenova turned in a second-place time of 2:16.71, while Rita Medrano placed third in 2:18.21. Taylor doubled up in the women's 400 free with a top time of 8:50.41. Katelyn Sowinski took second in 9:05.82, while Madeline Locus garnered third in 9:06.18.

Alia Atkinson snatched the women's 50 breast title in 33.34, while Trisha Averill claimed second in 34.02. Melissa Cooper earned third in 34.09. Matt Lowe cruised to victory in the men's 50 breast with a 29.21. Dale Rogers (29.52) and Matt Howland (29.55) completed the top three.

Michael Klueh eased through the men's 200 fly with a winning time of 2:00.39. Omar Enriquez took second in 2:04.71, while Max Lewis snatched third in 2:08.31. Therese Svendsen topped the women's 100 back in 1:03.20, while Petra Klosova captured second in 1:04.37. Jess Guro wound up third in 1:04.42.

Nelson Silva touched out Garrett Weber-Gale, 58.65 to 58.90, in the men's 100 back. Bryan Collins claimed third overall in 59.18. Cammile Adams captured the women's 200 IM in 2:20.55, while Averill picked up her second podium of the night with a 2:22.23. Locus also joined the podium for the second time with a third-place 2:22.82.

Nick D'Innocenzo topped the men's 200 IM in 2:03.88. Collins placed second in 2:08.40, while Jon Edwards earned third in 2:09.11. Eegan Groome clocked a 16:19.34 for the men's 1500 free victory. Dan Graviss touched second in 16:23.15, while Ted Singley snatched third in 16:31.64.

Hee-Jin Chang earned the women's 50 free title in 25.71. Candace Blackman (26.01) clocked in at second place, while Locus pulled a podium-triple with a third-place time of 26.62.
