Andrew King Sentenced to 40 Years for Child Molestation -- January 30, 2010
SAN JOSE, California, January 30. TWO weeks after a scheduled sentencing hearing was delayed, Andrew King, 61, has received a 40-year sentence for child molestation.
King, a former head coach at San Jose Aquatics, had pleaded no contest to 20 charges of child molestation that took spanned four decades. He was arrested in April, and evidence of sexual encounters with at least 13 children was presented.
The Los Angeles Times reported that King "showed no emotion Friday as the sentence was handed down in a San Jose court."
