BELGRADE, Serbia, July 10. THE final night of diving at the World University Games featured synchronized action in the women's three-meter and men's platform events.
Mexico's Paola Milagros Espinosa and Laura Aleida Sanchez Soto upset China for the women's three-meter triumph with 303.00 points. China's duo of Dong Jin and Yao Xinyi placed second with 276.48 points. The U.S. tandem of Abigail Johnston and Brittney Feldman captured bronze with 273.00 points.
China's Wang Zihao and Li Mengqiang captured the men's platform gold with 406.26 points. Russia's Anton Melnikov and Sergey Nazin wound up with silver after tallying 394.62 points. The U.S. pair of Sean Moore and David Colturi completed the podium with a bronze-winning 383.64 points.
