USA Swimming National Championships: SwimMAC Carolina Wins Men's 400 Free Relay -- July 7, 2009

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, July 7. IN a lightly-contested finale, SwimMAC Carolina topped a three-team heat for the men's 400 free relay title to conclude the night.

Josh Schneider, Kip Darmody, Cullen Jones and Adam Meyer won in 3:22.34 with Olympian Jones providing a 49.15 split.

Spartan Swim Club (3:29.05) and Southeastern Swim Club (3:29.43) were the other two participating teams.
