Yoshi Oyakawa Betters Pair of FINA Masters Short Course World Records

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, October 27. YOSHI Oyakawa bested a pair of FINA Masters short course world records at the first stop of the TYR Grand Prix held in Indianapolis this weekend.

Oyakawa bettered the 75-79 50 back standard with a time of 35.76, downing Clarke Mitchell's effort of 36.68 from 2007. Oyakawa then dipped under the 75-79 100 back record with a time of 1:20.25, crushing another 2007 Mitchell record of 1:23.81.
