Host Brent Rutemiller starts the show with a candid interview with Churchill High School senior Jimmy Feigen, who recently set a new national high school record in the 50-yard freestyle. Feigen talks about the race and what he expects in his future.

USA Swimming and FINA certified official Jay Thomas recently traveled to Beijing, China, for the worldwide unveiling of the Water Cube, the site of all Olympic aquatic sports in the upcoming Games. Thomas, who traveled with a delegation of well-known American officials, gives his thoughts on the size of the pool and how FINA and China are preparing to make the Games flow smoothly.

The show closes with Inside Swimming World Magazine by detailing various articles and embedded videos found only in the January issue. Articles such as "Swimming in the 1960's" by Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen and a reflection on 1992 Olympian Roque Santos are discussed during the show. Exclusive video interviews with Mark Warkentin, USA 10K Open Water Olympic hopeful and Randall Bal, World Cup Champion, are featured along with a final listing of the 2007 FINA World Rankings.
