Syracuse Swimming and Diving Creates Online Petition to Help Save Program -- June 1, 2007

SYRACUSE, New York, June 1. AFTER the recent announcement that Syracuse University plans to cut swimming and diving in favor of women's ice hockey, the student-athletes of the program have begun to fight back.

Today, they created an online petition to begin the process of fighting for the existence of the long-standing program.
