Lenton to Skip Mare Nostrum Series -- May 29, 2007
BRISBANE, Australia, May 29. ACCORDING to reports out of Australia, Libby Lenton has decided to bypass the Mare Nostrum Series in Europe next month in favor of training. Lenton was recently married and will train for the majority of the summer, before getting back into competition in August. Lenton claimed five gold medals at the World Championships in Melbourne, including individual triumphs in the 50 and 100 freestyles and the 100 butterfly.
