OTTAWA, Canada, April 5. ACCORDING to Canadian sources, Carleton University located in Ottawa plans to cut both the men's and women's swimming programs from is varsity sports offerings.
The decision has not yet been made official and according to sources within the program, there are approximately 10 days left before the decision is made final
