IOC Changes Romania's National Code -- March 4, 2007
LAUSANNE, Switzerland, March 4. IN a minor administrative move, the International Olympic Committee recently changed Romania's three-letter nation code.
In a release posted by FINA, the association announced that Romania will be known as ROU instead of the previous ROM designation.
