NOTTINGHAMSHIRE, England, March 1. COMPETING in the S10 category, Sam Hynd established an International Paralympic Committee world record in the 400-meter individual medley at the Nottinghamshire ASA County Championships. Hynd clocked a time of 5:14.59 to take 11 seconds off the previous standard.
