Israel Announces World Championship Roster -- February 27, 2007

JERUSALEM, February 27. Israel will send a total of nine swimmers headed by Anya Gostamelski (27) and former Auburn University swimmer Shai Livnat (23) to the Worlds Championships at the end of next month.
Two women
Anya Gostamelski will swim the – 50, 100 and 200 Back.
Amit Ivri (18)- will swim the 50 fly and 100 fly.
Seven Men
Shai Livnat- 100,200 and 400 fr.
Ehud Segal (22) 100 and 200 back.
Itai Tzama (21) 50, 100, and 200 back.
Guy Barnea (20) Cal Berkley Fresh.- 50, 100 back and fly.
Micki Malul (21) Kentucky So. 50 and 100 Breast.
Tom Beery (21) 100 and 200 Breast.
Dan Katzir (20) 5 and 10K open water swimmer.
The team will leave from Israel and the USA for Australia during the second week of March.
