Swimming World Radio Talks to Swimming World Magazine’s National Collegiate Female Swimmer of the Week Jessica Connors

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 22. KENYON College senior Jessica Connors helped her team knock off Division I Oakland, 145-143, a weekend ago to earn last week's Swimming World Magazine's National Collegiate Female Swimmer of the Week. She took time out of her busy schedule to speak with Swimming World Radio.

After a lengthy month-long break, the women of Kenyon College knocked off Division I Oakland, 145-143, on Jan. 13. Connors a two-time NCAA Runner-up in the 200 Breaststroke opened the meet by helping the 200 medley relay win in 1:49.57. Connors then won the 100 breast in a B-cut time of 1:07.22, before touching in a B-cut time of 2:23.53 to win the 200 breast. She has been faster this season, but pulled down good post holiday season times. She also won the 200 IM in 2:12.28.
