DURBAN, South Africa, December 4. IN the second day of competition at the International Paralympics Committee Swimming World Championships, hosted by Disability Sport South Africa in Durban, 10 world records fell on Dec. 3. USA's Jessica Long brought her total up to three global standards after breaking the 100 fly S8 record. Overall, 22 world records have been broken over the first two days of swimming.
