ARKADELPHIA, Arkansas, October 20. THE Ouachita TigerSharks defeated Centenary College, 104-101, and the Lady TigerSharks defeated Centenary, 53-42 and Arkansas-Little Rock, 87-8, in action Friday at Ouachita's Waggoner Pool.
Both teams swam well enough to win, but the TigerSharks survived a stiff challenge from the Division 1 Gents.
Freshman Radu Badalac won both of his events, taking the 200 back and the 200 IM. Sophomore Vicente Condorelli won the 1000 free and the 500 free.
Ouachita sophomore Sarah Watson posted an NCAA A qualifying time in the 200 back (2:06.49). Watson also won the 200 IM. Her sister Rachel won the 50 free and the 200 breast.
