Virginia NOVAs Set New National Age Group Record -- December 20, 2005

FAIRFAX, Virginia, December 20. KATE Ziegler wasn't the only one to erase old standards at the recent Tom Dolan Invitational at George Mason University. A team of four from the Virginia Novas took down the 15-16 400 yard medley relay record with a blazing 3:27.76. David Wren, Jordan Arencibia, Ian Vogt and Gaites Brown clocked in with the new record time.
