USA Diving Olympic Team Trials Rescheduled for June 6-13
USA Diving Tuesday announced the rescheduled dates for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials as June 6-13, 2021 at the Indiana University Natatorium at IUPUI in Indianapolis.
Trials had been scheduled for June 14-21, 2020 prior to the postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics last spring. The Tokyo Games are scheduled for July 23-Aug. 3, 2021.
The IU Natatorium has hosted diving Olympic Trials on six previous occasions, including in 2016. Tickets for the event are available for sale here.
The announcement includes a published schedule on the USA Diving website, however the slate of events is preliminary and subject to whether American divers can earn Olympic spots before the Trials via the FINA World Cup (which is also dependent on those events happening as rescheduled). Diving qualification is for 3-meter springboard and 10-meter platform, in both men’s and women’s competitions, and in both individual and synchronized.
