With all of the craziness of NCAA invitational season, we at Swimming World know it is difficult to keep up with seven meets at once. So we have done the hard work for you in compiling the top times from each night of the November Invitationals. We have you covered from the Missouri (which started on Wednesday night), TennesseeTexas A&MNC State, Purdue, Ohio State, West Virginia and Georgia Tech (which start on Friday) Invites and have posted the eight fastest times from each meet below.

The biggest swim of the day perhaps came from Zach Yeadon of Notre Dame in the 1650 as he was a 14:32.48 to get under the A Cut at the Ohio State invite. That was a new best for Yeadon as he was a 14:34 as a freshman in 2018 and a 14:39 last season. Yeadon had a disappointing sophomore season where he was 13th at NCAAs in this event after being an All-American as a freshman the year before. Now as a junior, Yeadon has shown he is in much better shape than a year ago and was nearly 14 seconds faster than second place Mikey Calvillo, who actually came from the same club as Yeadon, of Indiana.

Another swimmer who had a disappointing season last year was Katie Drabot as she had a monstrous sophomore year in 2018, reaching three A-Finals at NCAAs and scoring second in the 200 fly and 500 free. Drabot only could reach fifth in the 200 fly at NCAAs last season before ultimately get a bronze in the 200 fly at the World Championships. However, she was able to get back on track in short course with a 1:53.14 in the 200 fly at the Art Adamson Invite hosted by Texas A&M, punching her A cut ticket to NCAAs.

Other A Cuts were achieved by Virginia’s Kate Douglass in the 200 breast, Tennessee’s Erika Brown and Arkansas’ Anna Hopkin in the 100 free, Wisconsin’s Beata Nelson and Texas A&M’s Shaine Casas in the 200 back, and Andres Puente Bustamante in the 200 breast.

The top eight times from the November Invitationals are listed below.
