Splashbacks: Championship Meets, Michael Phelps Dominate Top Stories in July-August 2015

The pre-Olympic year championship meets, and Michael Phelps‘ performances in one of those meets, dominated the most read content at Swimming World in July-August of 2015. During the next few days, we’ll take a look back in “Splashbacks”, the most read stories of 2015.

While the landing pages of all the big meets scored huge views during this summer with readers clamoring for the latest information available from all the top meets, no one rang the bell more than Phelps.  His top race videos are available below.

Two other topics gained some serious conversation during the summer.  How female swimmers are portrayed and how they develop their own body image was a major topic, while Ryan Lochte’s short-lived “Lochte Turn” during IMs also had a lot of interest.
